By accessing and purchasing from B Velvet Hair Empire, you agree to the following terms:
  1. We sell high-quality hair blends, low-grade human hairs, 💯 human hairs, bone straight, raw hair, and virgin hair. We do not sell synthetic or fiber hair.
  2. Once an order has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
  3. Product images displayed on our website and social platforms represent the exact hair look and quality (as described in the caption) we deliver. Minor styling adjustments may be required after delivery.
  4. Prices, promotions, and availability of products may change at any time without prior notice.
  5. Any form of fraudulent activity, abusive communication, or false claims may result in order cancellation without compensation.

2️⃣ REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final. However, refunds or exchanges will ONLY be considered under the following conditions:
  1. A refund or exchange will be approved only if the wrong wig/hair was sent, or if the item arrived damaged or improperly constructed before delivery.
  2. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item, with clear photos or videos as evidence.
  3. Once an issue is confirmed by our team, we will prioritise an immediate exchange rather than a refund.
  4. In approved cases, all logistics costs (return and reshipment) will be fully covered by B Velvet Hair Empire.
  5. Items returned must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Used or altered items will not be accepted.

3️⃣ EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept exchanges strictly under the conditions below:
  1. Exchanges are only accepted if the wrong item was delivered by our team.
  2. Once approved, all exchange-related costs (return pickup and redelivery) will be handled by B Velvet Hair Empire.
  3. Items must be returned unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
  4. Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  5. Items that have been worn, installed, cut, dyed, or styled will not qualify for exchange.

4️⃣ SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We aim to deliver your orders promptly and transparently:
  1. Orders are processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
  2. Delivery takes 48–96 hours after dispatch, depending on the customer’s location.
  3. During sales periods, dispatch timelines may differ and will be clearly stated on sales flyers before the sale begins.
  4. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are subject to courier operations, and delays may occur.
  5. Pickup orders are available 48 hours after order placement. Customers will receive a pickup confirmation message before coming, or may confirm readiness via WhatsApp.

  • We deliver exactly what we post. There will be no difference in hair quality or type.
  • Some styles may require minor restyling after delivery.
  • Bob wigs may require re-bobbing to achieve the exact displayed look.
  • Straight hair may need light straightening due to compression during transit.
  • Curly hair may require conditioning to fully define curls after delivery.
  • Some wigs may require additional styling fees, which will always be clearly stated in the product caption or provided as a separate styling payment option.
